The predecessor of the world famous AE86 (hachiroku): the TE71 Fastback
Nanaichi is Japanese for seven-one.
I was sick of following a To-Draw-List and decided to draw something while I was going through pages in my Honda/Toyota history book with my eyes closed.
When I opened my eyes did I see the 2 versions of the TE71 that were available here in Europe, the liftback and the fastback.
Actually not a bad idea to do when I want to draw something else.
The colors are totally different as at the reference I used, but it reminds me to a glorious fastback version which was recently for sale at one of our Dutch auction sites.
I hope to draw an AE86 some day, but maybe I'll get one as a request some day.
Totally spend: 5 hours (in 4 days), wasn't that big of a deal, but I truly love the end result!
